Before the bbq, a few of the J2s went to play pool before heading to the pit.. Just look at the tagboard and u will know who were the ones that would head for the pool house..muhahaha..then, the some of the J1s went to the Fairprice at White Sands to buy the utensils + food...
Upon reaching the pit, we had our ex-president and student conductor to start the fire...*honoured *.. while the rest sat at the side and played cards. Some of us decided to head down to the nearest bicycle rental shop to rent rollerblades. The 6 of us, OnnKit, Huiling, Boon Wei, Melanie, ZhangQuan and me went to blade in the park =P I dumped all the preparation of food to the ppl at the pit and went to enjoy myself. Muhahaha..*evil laugh* Youhan and Pearlicia were also with us. Despite we were on blades, they were much faster than us. haha.. Don't see Zhang Quan like blur blur one..but actually, he's quite pro in rollerblade neh! Muhahaha..It was fun! =)
During the night, the atmosphere became more exciting. We were all talking and eating, music was blasting.. the alumini also turned up. Yea, there were familiar faces. Some of them performed with us during the La Rizonanza III concert.. The ones whom i remembered were Cassandra, Gladys, Jeffery, Benedict, Joy... heh.. We took many photos too! Will upload them soon once i get them from Vijay's cam. =D
Later in the night, many went to play a game which was something like "Truth or Dare ". Inclusive of alcohol. Got to see how Zhang Quan fall onto the arms of the choir members.. and how charrisa tried to suck the liquid from the bottle cap in Mel's mouth. Interesting game. *wink* A few others went to play "Heart Attack".
Before everyone left, Yingchuan did a sexy striptease. Muahahaha.. It was his dare lah. He unbuckled and took off his belt, and then followed by his shirt. Too bad, dont think anyone video that down... =P
Thanks to Vijay and Pearlicia who were barbecuing for us most of the time!
And also, thanks to Vijay for the satays and otahs! For the 2 Melanies , Mel Wee and Mel Kang, thanks for the chicken wings and jelly! =D
And also, to zhu en's mom for preparing beehoon for us for FREE!!
Last but not least, many many thanks to Diana ( Secretary of Student Council ) for the portable radio! For a bbq, music is a must!
It's really wonderful that Mr. Yong and the alumini could join us.. So glad that they took the time to come down!
What a night!

We went to the Parkway Kbox and took the big room. It was actually my first time that i went with so many people to kbox. So when i reached the room and upon seeing the size of it, i felt excited. muhahaha.. There were 4 microphones and split among the guys and the girls. However, there was a period of time when the guys' mikes gradually "drifted" towards the girls' area. Because we chose songs like Sun Yanzi's, F.I.R., Fish leong ( suddenly think of fishy-peishi..okay, sorry..very random) ..those songs with high notes, the guys chose to sleep. At first they sang but when such songs kept playing, ( *laugh ) they just fell onto the sofa and pretended to be dead. It was until when Jay's songs or those with lower chords started blasting in the room, then they immediately sat up and starting blasting their voices. =P Then, the mikes "drifted" back to the guys..
The J2s sang Tea For Two and Mamma Mia. The Tea For Two was really an old version so it was really slow and for Mamma Mia, u should see how "high" the 17-18 years old boys and girls were. They stood on the sofa, sang and danced when the song was being played. Heard that they performed Abba Songs during La Rizonanaza III and i believed that Mamma Mia was one of the songs that they sang their hearts out during the concert with the previous batch of seniors, so it's not surprising to hear them sing the song with so much joy and confidence. As they recollect their dance movements, the J2s were saying to one another : " No lah! It's like this first... " " Oh ya oh ya.." ( *laugh)
We had klunch. Now i know Ber doesnt like to eat Fish Roe cos she passed the fruits with fish roe to me. And many of the girls dont like to eat the octopus too so we gave ours to Ber and Rachel. For the guys.. i think they just ate what they had on their plate. I didnt hear them saying " I don't want this..nor that.." Do you know that knowing such small little things about your friends, dislikes/likes(besides food) , just deepens the bond between u and them? Because u are starting to understand them...
After kbox session, Michelle, Youhan, Rachel and Holly left. The rest headed to ecp to check the bbq pits. I realised that there was always a huge gap in between the guys and the girls when we walked. Sad! It simply reminded me of the Japanese culture, where the woman must walk behind the man. But the comforting thing was LipKiam and Shukit did stop and wait for us a couple of times.. and for DaHong and Ruihong, the Hongs.., *sigh*
The bbq date : 19 June, Monday.
Venue: Pasir Ris Park
Bbq Pit No. : 32.
Further notice will be put up on this blog so keep a look out for it. =) And many thanks to Zhou ruiHong for forking out the bbq pit $$ !!
After booking, we headed back to Parkway for pool. Huiling joined us for pool. It was my very first time leh. =P *grins* Hmm... I almost kena "hum tum" by them when i said " Pool where got fun......" Heh. Serene and me were the beginners while the rest were already Pros. And hor, when u see ShuKit play, u would be amazed by his ball moved. There was a time when his ball got into the pocket, it jumped up! 0_0 'll
At around 6plus, we departed.
But no worries for those who didnt turn up, there's still a choir bbq on the 19June. Mug hard during the the upcoming week and then play like siao on the 19 ! =) Take care people!

BE THANKFUL
Anonymous
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire.
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something,
for it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations,
because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge,
because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes. They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary,
because it means you've made a difference.
It's easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who
are also thankful for the setbacks.
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles,
and they can become your blessings.

The Hand Over of this MJC Choir Blogspot's User I/D & Password to........ ME! And i have shared it with the HR people. ( SOunds like there's a lot of people in the department..but actually, there's only 3 members in it =P )
RuiHong borrowed my pen and wrote them down onto my black notebook. After that, with both of his hands grabbing onto the book, i received it with both hands and followed by a slight bow. Haha, kinda amusing actually. Therefore from now on, the entries that you read will give you a different "feel" as compared to the past. Prepare to see many grammatical, spelling, language errors.. Erm.. i don't take much attention into all these. Because when comes to blogging, i will just type wadever that flows out from my mind. Unless you really really cannot tahan with the errors, then .... then... too bad. =P *evil laugh*
Farewell Party for the J2s.
It is also Gracelyn's 18th Birthday! The seniors bought a cake for her and due to the large number of members in the choir, the cake was being cut into really small sizes. Although each slice is so small until everyone could just pop it into their mouths at one go, it simply makes the cake much more tastier. With 50 over people sharing a cake, it will definitely taste much more nicer then compared to 5 people sharing it. Right? Right. =D
After dinner, we proceeded onto the Presentation of Gifts for the seniors. The gifts were hand-made by the choir com members. The idea of taking pictures of the seniors and giving them a wired-photo frame was by Vijay! Too bad la, she couldnt join us for the farewell as she was at the Pre-U Seminar.
Then it was the Speeches Time. The time whereby the "retirees" stood up and talked wadever they want and finally, the farewell ended. Despite that, many of them stayed in the atrium and took many group photos. It's a Farewell Party. What i can say?
But there's this group of Year 1s who actually sat at a corner and played" Zhong Ji Mi Ma". The loser will have to consume the leftover food. What made it disgusting was that they smeared chilli /ketch up sauce and some other stuff onto the food . When i was at that table, Jananrius, Feng Ling and Serene had to eat it as they lost. Surprisingly, the food didnt taste as bad as they all thought so. But looking at the samosa/chicken etc which were soaked in chilli/ketchup, it simply reminds me of Fear Factor. But i can say it's rather fun.
And then, the guys did "taupok-ing" again today. Piling onto one another and with girls standing at the side, laughing and screaming wildly at them... Maybe this shouldnt be mentioned down here because it was supposed to be banned...We may not have the chance to witness such a scene anymore. The tradition has ceased in the J2s graduating 2006 batch.. It's like J1s of 2006 didnt really have a chance to carry on this tradition la..
ANYWAY. J2s, Jia You and mug hard! Just a few more months of pia-ing and you can relax like SIAO4 already! Each and everyone of you will definitely be miss!
